Untold Studios is a creative studio working in VFX, motion design, music and directing. Its New York office sits at 75 Spring Street in Manhattan. American Janitorial Services provided regular office cleaning for the studio 4 times a week. Our crew covered the shared office areas, workstations, restrooms, breakroom and floors.

The Challenge
A creative studio is a busy shared workspace. Teams sit at desks for long hours, pass around phones and equipment, and gather in the breakroom between sessions. Desks, door handles, phones and counters get touched all day by many people.
Dust settles on furniture and screens quickly in a SoHo office, and entrance floors pick up dirt from the street. Restrooms and the kitchenette need attention more than once a week to stay clean for a full team.
The studio needed a cleaning schedule frequent enough to keep up with daily use, covering every part of the office in each visit.
Our Approach
We set up a schedule of 4 visits a week. Each visit followed the same checklist across five areas, and our team brought all supplies and equipment.
General office areas
We swept, mopped or vacuumed floors and entrance areas, dusted furniture and reachable surfaces, wiped high-touch spots and cleaned glass.
Workstations and offices
Our crew dusted and wiped desks and office furniture, sanitized phones and other surfaces people touch often, and vacuumed floors around each workspace.
Restrooms
We cleaned and disinfected toilets, sinks and fixtures, cleaned mirrors, sanitized countertops, and swept and mopped the floors.
Breakroom and kitchenette
We cleaned and sanitized countertops and tables, wiped the outside of appliances and the sinks, emptied the trash and cleaned the floors.
Floor care
On top of each area’s floor work, we handled routine floor upkeep and spot cleaned marks and spills as they came up.
